New Project Starting in Texas

Machado Silvetti and Corgan are designing a new College of Visual Arts & Design for the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. The addition/renovation will unify the college's highly esteemed undergraduate and graduate programs, currently dispersed across seven buildings, into a new, consolidated center for art and design production, research and exhibition.

Upon completion, the building will accommodate over two thousand students in a 240,000 s.f. (22,297 m2) facility that is intended to set a new standard in studio, workshop and teaching spaces for innovative and interdisciplinary arts and design education.
