Polo Dot – Construction Update
Construction Update December 6, 2018
Phase One construction nears completion on Polo Dot, a new high-rise office park in Buenos Aires being developed by Argentinian real estate developer, IRSA.
Included in Phase One is the rehabilitation and adaptation of a preexisting 1930s factory building, the former Philips Factory, to allow the vertical expansion of four additional floors, creating approximately 30,000 square meters of commercial space.
