Cary Downtown Park – Project Update

Machado Silvetti is thrilled to be working with OJB Landscape Architecture on the design and implementation of a new Downtown Park in Cary, North Carolina. This urban park includes about 7 acres of public spaces for a wide variety of programming and activities as well as architectural structures for food, beverage, performance and information. The Master Planning work, which included considerable public input, was completed in early 2019 and design work has been in progress since May.

Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2020, with the project tentatively planned for completion in 2022.
