Building Z Award

The Building Z project includes the complete restoration of a 1930s factory building and addition on top of the existing structure. Rather than a vertical continuation of the existing building structure, the project composes an addition of a different contemporary language on top of the former factory. Building Z of the Polo Dot Office Park has been recognized with the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Award of Excellence and represents the first phase of owner and developer IRSA’s Polo Dot Office Park.

Argentinian real estate developer, IRSA, is developing a new high-rise office park at the "T" shaped intersection of two important highways (the Avenue General Paz encircling the Buenos Aires Capital Area and the Pan-American Highway connecting it with the Northern metropolitan area). This office park, called Polo DOT, will provide premium commercial space to a growing work force that desires a more contemporary, accessible and salutogenic work environment.
