Located in the Canary Islands, on the tropical island of Tenerife, this residential development is one component of a larger housing project that involves a number of international architects. The development consists of a tower, and a courtyard building with a lush tropical garden at the center. Each unit has a double-height balcony, which allows for varied views of the ocean as well as the scenic island mountains.
