A residential neighborhood development in West Cairo, developed by MARAKEZ, Aeon comprises three distinct neighborhood clusters and a high-rise tower, each defined by a unique housing typology and central garden space. The shared gardens foster community and introspection, while perimeter parking connects the complex to a broad range of attractions. The outdoor spaces play double duty, giving each residence its own identity within the larger community, as well as providing enjoyment and respite.  

The indoor-outdoor connection at the heart of this project is underscored by the architecture and planning: building entrances and lobbies frame views of the landscape beyond, and sets of integrated stairs lead to the pedestrian paths that wind through the gardens. A central pedestrian promenade connects the four gardens, reinforcing the sense of community, and also provides a direct walking path to nearby amenities, cementing the development’s connection to its immediate surroundings.
