Matt McCarty

Matt is an Associate, involved in all aspects of the design and execution process, with over a decade of experience focused on delivering award winning, highly sustainable, mixed-use projects across the US. He brings an analytical approach to the practice of architecture and enjoys solving complex design problems that help shape the urban environment.

Sustainable design has been a thread throughout his career. As a Certified Passive House Consultant with experience in Embodied Carbon Analysis and Energy modeling Matt brings a practical, performance driven approach to sustainability. 

In addition to practicing architecture, Matt is an active member of The Urban Land Institutes Boston Chapter and was previously an adjunct professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Matt holds a Master of Architecture from Northeastern University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, a Minor in Environmental Studies and a Certificate of Data Analysis, also from Northeastern University.
