Machado Silvetti Partners Stephanie Randazzo Dwyer and Jeffry Burchard are delighted to announce that S. Austin Ward has been promoted to the position of Principal, effective immediately. Austin joined us in 2019, and has made meaningful contributions to the design, management, and implementation of significant work including Downtown Cary Park, Cedar Street Parking Deck, New Bedford Whaling Museum, and multiple U.S. Embassy planning and design projects.

Austin’s attention to detail; his insistence on design quality at both the largest scales of urban and public space and the smallest scales where materials meet; his mentorship of others; his dedication to constantly improving himself and the people around him; and his collaborative attitude to clients, colleagues, and all stakeholders are extraordinary professional and personal attributes that we acknowledge, appreciate, and celebrate with this promotion.

Austin will be responsible for directing projects, leading office initiatives, and championing the office’s strong record in technical expertise and project delivery alongside the Partners.  We look forward to all that Austin will bring to Machado Silvetti and our valued clients and partners over the coming years.
